
Human Capital Strategist

The Chief Human Resources Officer is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention programs to attract and retain top performers.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR issues, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Develop metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
