The Chief Human Resources Officer is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention programs to attract and retain top performers.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR issues, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Develop metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
