Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Development Specialist to join our organization. This key role will focus on driving the development of human capital, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring seamless integration across departments.

Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires, while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
