We are a leading IT company dedicated to providing innovative software solutions to the USA market. We seek an experienced and competitive Software Sales and Business Development Executive to generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and growth.
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals that meet client needs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the American software industry (min. 1-2 years).
- Excellent communication and writing skills in American English.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and results-driven approach.
- Education background in Software or IT.
