Project Manager - Civil Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Civil team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met;
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues affecting project delivery;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role;
  • Proven expertise in project planning, coordination, and control;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
