Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements.
  • Lead efforts to implement new testing methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on testing best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define testing strategies and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the software development life cycle.

Mandatory Qualities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of security testing, penetration testing, Agile/Scrum development process, REST API testing, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience with test management tools, such as TestRail or JIRA.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
