Marketing and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our marketing and recruitment efforts. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop strategies for attracting top talent in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in IT marketing/recruiting and be proficient in utilizing company processes and procedures to effectively market consultants on the bench.

  • IDentify future hiring needs and proactively attract candidates using various sources such as social media networks and employee referrals.
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy to ensure the growth of a strong talent pipeline.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to meet the needs of the organization.
  • SOURCE AND RECRUIT CANDIDATES BY USING DATABASES, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC.
  • SCREEN CANDIDATES' RESUMES AND JOB APPLICATIONS.
  • CONDUCT INTERVIEWS USING VARIOUS RELIABLE RECRUITING AND SELECTION TOOLS/METHODS TO FILTER CANDIDATES WITHIN SCHEDULE.
  • ASSESS APPLICANTS' RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, SOFT SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND APTITUDES.
  • ONBOARD NEW EMPLOYEES TO ENSURE THEY BECOME FULLY INTEGRATED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.
