Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Pakistan to join our team of professionals.

This role will focus on identifying, attracting and engaging with qualified engineering candidates from Pakistan to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expert Sourcing: Identify and engage with high-quality engineering candidates.
  2. Network Development: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
  3. Candidate Evaluation: Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical requirements of our clients.
  4. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  5. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews and offer negotiations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Background: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Tech Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tech industry and key skills required for various engineering positions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
