  • Source and screen global talent using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools effectively.
  • Work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate clearly and transparently.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
