Job Title: Bottle Keeper

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Bottle Keeper to assist our Provision Master in managing the F&B Storeroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, stock control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely issuance of goods to meet business requirements.
  2. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization within the F&B Storeroom.
  3. Develop and manage work schedules to optimize employee productivity and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with the Provision Master to provide guidance and support to employees working in the F&B Storeroom.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
