We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions using Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Microsoft 365 tenant split and migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
  • Solution Architect: Design and implement solutions for Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
  • Migrate various MS 365 components like OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Migration.
  • Process Optimization: Provide solutioning for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Ensure administrative oversight and support for MS 365 services and infrastructure.
  • Cost Estimation: Design and develop cost estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, Exchange migration, and Intra ID (EntraID) settings as part of the migration process.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including solution presentations, RFP responses, and client engagements.
  • Collaboration Solution: Implement and manage SharePoint Online solutions to ensure streamlined collaboration and document management.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in the migration and setup of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and migration procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-12 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace services.
  • AD and Azure Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), and Intra ID.
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
  • M365 Solutioning and Power Platform: Experience in M365 Solutioning, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Pre-Sales activities.
  • A proven track record in tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
  • Estimation Models: Experience in building estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
