Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leads analytics projects within the business continuum.
  2. Conceptualizes and builds predictive modeling, simulations, and optimization solutions to address business questions or use cases.
  3. Applies machine learning and artificial intelligence to analytics algorithms to build inferential and predictive models allowing for scalable solutions to be deployed across the business.
  4. Conducts model validations and continuous improvement of the algorithms, capabilities, or solutions built.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Has a strong foundation in statistics and mathematics, with a graduate degree in one of these fields.
  2. Has at least 1 year of experience in building data models and driving insights.
  3. Is proficient in coding languages such as Python, R, SQL, and PySpark.
  4. Has hands-on experience with statistical models such as regression, ridge regression, lasso, random forest, SVM, gradient boosting, logistic regression, K-Means Clustering, and Hierarchical Clustering.
  5. Has a valid understanding of tools like Tableau, Domo, Power BI, and web apps framework using plotly, pydash, and sql.
  6. Can effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
