Job Overview

Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. Our platform gives you complete visibility and control, reducing manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks.

We serve various industries including transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve user-reported problems promptly.
  • Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Oversee onboarding for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
  • Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests, implementing changes and/or escalating to the change advisory board when necessary.
  • Manage workload and projects accurately and efficiently, creating and updating documentation for different audiences within the team.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in user-facing technical support or application support is required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce, assisting end-users with day-to-day tasks and issues.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately.
  • A technical background and general understanding of business systems are necessary.
  • A Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience assisting users with related systems like NetSuite or Zuora is a plus.
