- Generate reports to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or HR administration.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
