Job Overview:

\helpers of digital products require clear, concise, and engaging copy to guide users smoothly and intuitively. This role focuses on crafting high-quality UX copy that enhances the user experience through micro-copy for UI elements, developing engaging UX writing for websites, apps, and digital products, collaborating with designers and product managers to align copy with user needs, conducting research and A/B testing to refine messaging, creating tone and voice guidelines, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in copy, and writing onboarding flows, in-app messages, and instructional content.\

Responsibilities:

  • Writing micro-copy for UI elements (buttons, tooltips, error messages, etc.)\
  • Developing clear and engaging UX writing for websites, apps, and digital products\
  • Collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers to align copy with user needs\
  • Conducting user research and A/B testing to refine messaging\
  • Creating tone and voice guidelines to maintain brand consistency\
  • Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in copy\
  • Writing onboarding flows, in-app messages, and instructional content\
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience\
  • Align copy with the overall brand voice and tone while adapting it for different touchpoints\
  • Participate in design sprints, wireframing, and prototyping to provide early input on UX copy

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Computer Science or related field\
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience as a UX Copy writer\
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for writing within prototypes\
  • Strong communication skills to defend UX writing choices based on research and best practices\
  • Ability to create content that aligns with information architecture and usability best practices\
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and storytelling\
  • Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with a commitment to excellence\
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
