As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for issues and inquiries regarding our services. You will provide exceptional assistance via calls and emails, and have the opportunity to define and develop our support processes, working closely with our team to scale the Technical Support function.

  • Deliver multilingual Email, Chat, and Voice Support
  • Customer Service Analysis - collect customer support requests and bugs and convey findings to the product and engineering teams
  • System Evaluation - assess our existing tools and collaborate with engineering to develop tools that enable this function to scale
