Procurement Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Professional to join our team in implementing procurement strategies and managing sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in category management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manage sourcing activities, including RFx events and vendor qualification.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, colleagues, and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other procurement software.

Qualification: Masters (MA/MSc/MBA) and/or Bachelors in the field of Economics/Supply chain/Engineering/Law. Preferred: Certification in Procurement i.e CIPS, CPSM etc.

Skills: Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory environment, Experience in contract drafting and negotiations, strong team player with high ethical principles, good stakeholder management, hands on experience working in SAP Ariba & Maximo.

Experience: 3+ years' experience in a sourcing/procurement role.
