Patient Enrollment and Data Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Enrollment and Data Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our clinical trial management team, you will play a critical role in building a comprehensive database of willing and qualified study volunteers.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting phone interviews and screenings for prospective clinical study participants, maintaining an organized database of clinical study participants, and developing outreach strategies to enhance participant recruitment.
Responsibilities:- Screen new leads and conduct follow-ups to document participants for assigned active clinical trials.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to enhance participant recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study participants, including consent forms.
- Collaborate with Medical Staff (CRCs) to ensure adequate subject recruitment for each study.
- Provide training and support to staff members on data management procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in English communication, written and spoken, is a must.
- Therapeutic communication in English with US accent is preferable.
- 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- Full-time position.
- On-site job (Night shift).
- Monday to Friday.
- 6PM to 2AM (transport facility provided for female staff only and allowance for male employees, additional night shift allowance).
