
Enrollment Services Leader

This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective admission strategies to increase student enrollment, drive recruitment, and foster student retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing admissions staff, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders, and ensuring excellent pre and post admission services throughout the enrollment process.

- Manage admissions staff to ensure efficient processing of applications, maintain high-quality services, and optimize team performance, leveraging data analysis and campaign development.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide an exceptional student experience, promoting seamless transitions and student success, with a focus on student-centered services.
- Proven track record in Admission Management, demonstrated through successful strategy implementation and team leadership, with a focus on student-centered services, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in admission management.
- Contemporary marketing skills, including data analysis, campaign development, and brand promotion, with a focus on student engagement and satisfaction.
- Augmented services expertise, enabling effective collaboration and service delivery, with a focus on student-centered services, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, promoting cohesion and student success, with a focus on student-centered services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform admission decisions and optimize services, with a focus on student-centered services.
- Oversight of the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to matriculation, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for students, with a focus on student-centered services.
- Development and implementation of effective admission strategies to drive student recruitment, retention, and satisfaction, leveraging contemporary marketing skills and augmented services expertise, with a focus on student-centered services.
- Leadership of the admissions team, including training, development, and performance management to achieve excellence in service delivery, with a focus on student engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaboration with academic departments to ensure seamless transitions between admissions and academic processes, fostering a cohesive student journey, with a focus on student success, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to promote the college and its programs, with a focus on outreach and partnerships, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in admission management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices, with a focus on student-centered services, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in admission management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admission management, preferably in an educational setting, showcasing expertise in strategy development, team leadership, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on student engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform admission decisions and optimize services, with a focus on student-centered services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with students, parents, faculty, and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive environment, with a focus on student engagement and satisfaction.
