IT Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT transformation manager to drive automation and digitalization initiatives across our supply chain. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of data between systems, supporting planning, reporting, and analytics.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating data flow between systems to support operational efficiency. They will also manage and optimize IT systems related to logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effective communication between inventory systems and other coordinated platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency
  • Monitor and coordinate data flow between systems to support planning, reporting, and analytics
  • Manage and optimize IT systems related to logistics and warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless integration between IT systems and operational processes
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of operations, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes
  • Ability to understand demand and supply networks using different IT platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis, developing dashboards (e.g., utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools), and reporting on critical metrics
  • Understanding cybersecurity standard methodologies and compliance requirements in industrial environments
  • Excellent project management skills
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and implementing operations applications, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven track record of leading innovation and digital transformation projects in a manufacturing environment
