  • Verify Inventory: Verify inventory before opening and closing the store, maintaining accurate records and preventing discrepancies.
  • Record Materials: Record received or ordered materials and products, providing a clear audit trail and facilitating decision-making.
  • Assist Customers: Floor Managers provide assistance to customers with inquiries, suggestions, and concerns, delivering exceptional service and building loyalty.
