You are a strategic business growth professional seeking an exciting opportunity to expand our presence in the Pakistan market. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing the full sales cycle.

As a seasoned sales and business development expert, you will leverage your industry insights and best practices to sell cross-border payment solutions and commercial card services. You will develop customised proposals and solutions to meet client needs, conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer pain points, and work closely with the compliance team to conduct KYC and due diligence processes on customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, engaging, and acquiring new business clients to expand our portfolio in Pakistan

• Developing and implementing strategies to drive new business opportunities in key market segments

• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, onboarding & retention

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with SMEs, enterprises, eCommerce merchants, and financial institutions

• Leverage industry expertise to sell cross-border payment solutions and commercial card services

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in fintech, payments, FX, or banking

• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, treasury management, and commercial cards

• Experience in pitching and closing deals with B2B, small, medium, and enterprise clients

• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
