We are seeking an experienced professional to lead construction projects, oversee site operations and ensure timely completion of key tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Supervise and coordinate site personnel, providing training and induction as required.
  • Oversee the construction process, scheduling subcontractors and materials effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • E nsure all project documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software and equipment is highly desirable.
