Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective social media strategy to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future social media strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform features to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an e-commerce or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including scheduling and analytics software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions or unexpected challenges.
