Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial operations within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling cash and bank sales on a dashboard to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Processing payments for purchases and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Recording credit purchases and keeping supporting evidence up-to-date.
  • Performing double-entry bookkeeping in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements to facilitate timely and efficient financial decision-making.
  • Handling cash locker duties in the absence of the supervisor to ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements
