  • Ensure individuals understand industry regulations and compliance requirements to make informed decisions about their careers.
  • Address any career-related concerns or challenges individuals may encounter, offering tailored solutions and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the product team to support day-to-day tasks and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all interactions and activities related to career services.
  • Stay updated on current trends and opportunities in the healthcare job market to better serve individuals in their career planning.
  • Offer interview coaching and conduct mock interviews to prepare individuals for success in job interviews.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of career-related resources, including templates, guides, and job search tools.
  • Seek feedback from individuals to continuously improve career services and tailor offerings to their evolving needs.
  • Analyze career-related data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of career support programs, and inform data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and professional development to stay current on best practices in career counseling and job placement techniques.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • 2-3 years' experience in career coaching, career planning, and career services is essential.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications is expected.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are required.
