Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Team Lead Python to guide our development team in delivering exceptional software solutions in the accounting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Python applications with strong attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs through effective communication and project management skills.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software projects by prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software development by staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Python programming and frameworks such as Django/Flask or Node.js, with experience in designing and developing scalable and efficient software systems.
  2. A strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with experience in implementing iterative and incremental approaches to software development.
  3. The ability to design and manage databases using MongoDB or PostgreSQL, with experience in ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
  4. The capacity to integrate and consume RESTful APIs, with experience in designing and implementing API-based architectures.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
