Software Training Business Developer

Promote and develop software training business by visiting predefined territories and market segments. Frequent interaction with customers to identify their training needs and introduce online and offline software training programs. Plan and execute sales activities for target markets and drive promotional campaigns in the territory.
Key Performance Areas:- Develop and maintain customer relationships in predetermined territories/markets.
- Identify software training needs of potential prospects in the territory.
- Introduce software training courses and develop training business through continuous follow-up.
- Implement business promotion plans in target market segments.
- Develop and implement promotional tactics to maximize profit/revenue in the territory.
- Assist the promotion manager in achieving respective business targets.
- Mine contacts data of potential prospects for online and offline training courses and maintain an updated database.
- Prepare and submit business proposals to target prospects, negotiate, and conclude software training programs.
Analyze results of promotion and business development activities in the territory and keep stakeholders informed on progress and competition trends. Identify business promotion methodologies of competitors in the territory. Fulfill all other tasks, duties, targets, and work assigned by the promotions manager.
Work Conditions:Work in the field, frequently visiting potential prospects in predetermined territories and target market segments.
