As a leading digital marketing agency, we're expanding our property sector and beyond. We need an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to develop strategies, drive growth, and lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective SEO plans for property-related websites
  2. Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research to inform strategy
  3. Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking to enhance user experience
  4. Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors
  5. Build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and local SEO to improve online presence
  6. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to inform data-driven decisions
  7. Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements to ensure continued growth
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector
  2. Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
  3. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building strategies to drive results
  4. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar to stay ahead of the curve
  5. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
