
Remote Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience in website management and SEO. A strong background in digital and social media marketing is also essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Zoom and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management: Oversee and update website content to ensure SEO optimization and performance.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and create engaging digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Grow and manage our social media presence by developing and posting regular content to engage followers.
- Hiring and Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, conducting remote interviews via Zoom.
- Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with new and existing clients, follow up on sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling: Maintain basic bookkeeping records and create staff rosters and schedules.
- Proven experience in website management and SEO.
- Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
- Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation.
