Key Position: Marketing Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Telegram and WhatsApp to grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy across both platforms.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and monitor success metrics.
  • Create and manage multiple groups and channels on Telegram and WhatsApp to foster communities aligned with the target audience.
  • Resolve user queries and provide excellent customer support via these platforms.
  • Develop engaging content that resonates with the audience.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and event announcements through these messaging channels.
  • Design growth strategies to attract and retain new users on both Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • Partner with influencers or other communities for co-marketing opportunities to grow group membership.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent command over WhatsApp and Telegram marketing is essential. Fluency in English is also required. Knowledge of cross-platform marketing and integration between messaging apps and other digital marketing channels is desirable.
