Job Title: Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to lead our building projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and administering building projects for clients, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on building projects to ensure compliance with zoning and building codes, as well as local regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and stay within allocated resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
  • Design and develop architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings, using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Administer building projects, including overseeing construction, conducting site visits, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical drawing skills, with proficiency in CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
