**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our courier business team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the courier and logistics industry with a strong background in Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Built long-lasting relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Create proposals that align with clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Take ownership of client onboarding process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in courier and logistics with a strong background in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of developing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analysis skills with ability to make informed decisions.
  • Candidate should be focused on delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
