**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our courier business team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the courier and logistics industry with a strong background in Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Built long-lasting relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Create proposals that align with clients' business needs and objectives.
- Present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Take ownership of client onboarding process from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in courier and logistics with a strong background in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of developing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis skills with ability to make informed decisions.
- Candidate should be focused on delivering exceptional service to customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy mindset.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
