Responsibilities:

  • Mailbox Management: Manage the mailbox related to service calls to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Scope Clarification: Clarify the scope of work and requirements to ensure accurate resource allocation.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between clients and resources to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ticket Creation and Update: Create and update tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Departmental Liaison: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless information sharing.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in service coordination with a record of superior client satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Ability to manage resources in a matrix organization to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Communication Skills: Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple issues, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and follow through on commitments.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
