Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conducting A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
- Collaborating with design and content teams to create high-performing ads.
- Managing budgets to maximize campaign performance.
- Providing performance reports and actionable insights.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution tools is also required.
