This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team and take on the role of English Language Assessor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive language assessments, moderating daily call quality, and developing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth language assessments for employees and external candidates.
  • Moderate daily call quality and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain customized English language proficiency assessments to ensure effective customer communication worldwide.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD degree in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, or related fields with a focus on language proficiency assessment/testing and research.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in teaching English, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English exams.
  • IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificates, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience are highly valued.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Familiarity with UK English dialect.
  • Dedicated, quick learner, team player, solution-oriented approach.
