UK's leading translation and interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE is looking for an experienced Call Quality Agent with exceptional communication skills in English for our office based in DHA1, sector F, Rawalpindi.

Timings:

10 AM – 7 PM

Location:

DHA1, sector F, Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:
  1. A Language Assessor would be primarily responsible for conducting English language assessments, including coordinating for new and existing employees, both in-house and with third-party external candidates.
  2. Daily call quality monitoring of all employees (1-5 calls a day). The assessor will work as a team member contributing to quality service delivery.
  3. Coaching and mentoring staff in spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation to improve their English skills through feedback via the QC.
  4. Providing customer service training specific to UK culture and UK English language. Conducting ongoing training and development (CPD) to upskill employees' English language standards.
  5. Responsible for QA of transcribed files.
  6. Developing, maintaining, and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure applicants can communicate effectively with customers in various countries.
Qualifications:
  1. Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, or related fields, with focus on language proficiency assessment/testing and research.
  2. At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English exams.
  3. IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificates, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience are required.
  4. Experience in coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage.
  5. Relevant national and international experience is a plus.
Skills Required:
  1. Proficient in written and spoken English.
  2. Familiarity with UK English dialect.
  3. Dedicated, quick learner, team player, solution-oriented.
  4. Flexible and goal-oriented, capable of working collaboratively.
