Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled English Language Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting language assessments, monitoring call quality and providing coaching and mentoring to staff on spoken English.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting and coordinating English language assessments for new and existing employees.
  • Monitoring call quality and collaborating with the team to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Providing customer service training specific to UK culture and UK English language.
  • Developing, maintaining and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in English Literature, Applied Linguistics or related fields.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English exams.
  • IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, language certificates and British Council experience are required.
  • Experience in coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage.

Key Qualifications:

Please note that this position requires a strong understanding of English language instruction and assessment methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
