Claims Handling Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in claims handling and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing effective claims handling processes to minimize losses and maximize customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. Additionally, they will analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in claims handling processes.

To excel in this role, the candidate must stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner

• Develop and implement effective claims handling processes to minimize losses and maximize customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in claims handling processes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, law)

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims handling or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the banking industry

• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to claims handling

• Certification in claims handling or a related field
