
Front Office Representative

The role of a Front Desk Officer involves serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Directing phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
This individual will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, and assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Key Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Equivalent Qualification
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
