Higher Education Advisor

We are seeking an accomplished Higher Education Advisor to lead students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, university admissions, and career prospects.

This is a dynamic role where you will play a key part in counseling students, developing study plans, and ensuring a seamless transition from local education to international institutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students and parents on academic pathways, course selection, and universities based on their profiles, interests, and goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and seminars to provide detailed information on studying abroad.
  • Provide application assistance, including university applications, documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), and letters of recommendation (LORs).
  • Track application deadlines and manage application submissions.
  • Offer up-to-date information on student visa processes for various countries.
  • Prepare students for visa applications, mock interviews, and documentation.
  • Support students with standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and recommend resources or coaching if necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with university representatives and international education bodies.
  • Ensure accurate student records, application status, and communication logs in CRM or internal systems.
  • Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in foreign education consulting or international admissions.
  • Knowledge of education systems and visa procedures of major study destinations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
