As a Student Visa Adviser, you will provide expert guidance to students navigating the complexities of international study visa applications.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of student visa processes and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with industry agents to generate referrals and drive recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students and their families throughout the visa application process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, regulations, and requirements for key study destinations.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with industry partners to enhance student recruitment.
  • Advise students on academic options, financial obligations, and timelines for successful visa processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and meet deadlines.
  • Regularly communicate with students, agents, and external stakeholders to address queries and provide timely support.
  • PARTICIPATE in events such as education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote our services.
  • Manage and track student cases and agent referrals for accurate reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or International Relations preferred).
  • Strong understanding of international student visa application processes for major destinations.
  • Knowledge of UK student visa applications is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining professional partnerships with industry agents.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Student Visa Adviser or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with targets to achieve.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage student data.
  • Experience hosting educational events, webinars, or workshops.
  • Knowledge of international education systems.
