Job Description

The Business Growth Consultant will be responsible for providing service to clients' changing insurance needs by selling life, health, and disability insurance. This includes determining clients' particular needs and financial situations, establishing productive working relationships with clients, and developing a base for long-term sources of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides service to clients' changing insurance needs.
  • Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
  • Communicates with adjusters and completes application for coverage.
  • Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
