Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that drive innovation and business impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Optimize Machine Learning Models: Design and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Search: Utilize RAG and vector search models for efficient information retrieval and generation of accurate results.
  • Fine-Tune Large Language Models (LLMs): Leverage LoRA, QLoRA, Hugging Face, OpenAI, and LangChain to fine-tune LLMs for improved performance.
  • Build and Deploy AI-Powered Applications: Develop applications using FastAPI, Flask, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI APIs for real-time processing and scalability.
  • Develop Data Pipelines and Feature Engineering: Design data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for production use, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure Scalability and Reliability: Implement MLOps best practices using Docker, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless model deployment.
  • Optimize AI Models: Focus on performance, cost-efficiency, and real-time processing to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate AI solutions into business applications, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor AI Models in Production: Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to maintain optimal model performance.
  • Stay Updated with the Latest Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and NLP to enhance skills and knowledge.
