Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To ensure that all equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  2. To supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. To identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  4. To develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring that all equipment is properly serviced and maintained.
  5. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
