We are seeking a strategic Operations Supervisor to oversee a skilled engineering team within one of our large-scale factories. Your expertise will be pivotal in executing projects that enhance operational efficiency and adapt to evolving demands.

Key Responsibilities

Define a forward-thinking capital investment plan aligning with a 5-year horizon, overseeing the capital investment process from initiation to fruition. Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets specifications. Align with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project completion.

  • Lead your team to meet project success criteria with strong adherence to timelines and budgets, complete appraisals and close-out reports.

Promote continuous improvement across systems, practices, and process deliveries, encouraging a culture that values progress.

The Experience We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader with proven experience in projects and manufacturing within a similar environment, guiding teams with their management acumen. In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies is essential. Strong commercial insight to discern business issues and identify opportunities is also required.

Able to lead engineering and maintenance teams, fostering collaboration and innovation, possessing resilience under pressure and excellent communication skills are key qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
