Off Campus Nurse

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an Off-Campus Hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient safety.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective patient care, applying knowledge of medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors, promoting holistic well-being.
- Administer medication safely, referring to drug manuals and/or pharmacy information as required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, communicating reportable findings promptly.
- A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
- Six months of work experience will be preferred; Diploma holders should have at least three years of experience.
- A valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council is essential.
- Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration, and Intravenous Cannulation is required.
- The ability to assess, plan, and manage patient care with expertise as per protocols is essential.
- The willingness to work shifts is also required.
