Job Overview

This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about sales and power systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Power Business portfolio and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Interact with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct site surveys to identify and verify scope of works and bill of quantities (BOQ).
  • Visit customers to develop and maintain good business relationships and ensure timely delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Evaluate proposals from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and ensure technical compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver awarded orders and projects within specified guidelines.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Have 0-3 years' experience in a relevant role or function.
  • Be willing to travel up to 70-80% for customer visits.
  • Prior knowledge of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) motors, drives, and power quality solutions is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be self-driven, motivated, and a team player.
