About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Education Expert to join our team. As an expert in international education, you will play a key role in guiding students to find the best institution for their learning and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional counselling services to international students, including providing them with the right information and advice on study opportunities and local education systems.
  • To assist students with application documentation, facilitate enrolments, and promote IDP products and services.
  • To drive achievement of pipeline goals, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets through each stage of the student journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a sales or customer service driven environment, including achieving individual and team-based targets.
  • An excellent understanding of the education sector and placement of students into VET and universities, including immigration requirements and processes.
  • Prior experience working as an Education Counsellor or similar role, with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in English, both verbal and written.
