Job Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless departmental activities.
  • Support executives in organizing projects, including research and data analysis.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather essential data and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical and financial information.
  • Assist in event organization and attend promotional events to represent the company.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
  • Write marketing literature to enhance the company's presence and appeal.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital space, including website design and digital marketing trends.
  • Fluent English speaking skills, as the company is based in the US.
  • Proven experience as a marketing or administrative assistant.
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Well-organized approach with customer-oriented skills.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords).
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred.
