Senior Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead the optimization and streamlining of client supply chains by implementing best-fit solutions within D365FO.

  1. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful delivery of SCM functionalities.
  2. Analyze client financial business processes and identify improvement opportunities using D365FO finance modules.
  3. Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to finance functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
  4. Configure and customize D365FO finance modules to meet client needs.
  5. Lead workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for end-users and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations, customizations, and reports.
  7. Assist in data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  8. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an SCM consultant, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and sales order management.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing D365FO SCM modules.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs.
  • Experience with Agile implementation methodologies is preferred.
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications are a plus.
